Greg Laba

In 1984, I moved to the North Shore and joined Sussex Realty, which is now Royal LePage Sussex. Fellow REALTORS highly respect me for my years of commitment to the highest ethical business standards and practices. For the past decades, I have closely worked with multinational companies that are establishing their headquarters in the Lower Mainland. I have helped dozens of their employees relocate to Vancouver. This experience has garnered me a multicultural vision and exceptional negotiation skills; I am highly successful at closing deals. Drawn to the area because of its diversity, natural beauty and proximity to both outdoor activities and downtown Vancouver, I am an active member of the community. Currently, I live with my wife, a community health nurse, in Edgemont Village. We raised our daughter here and love living, working, and enjoying the outdoor recreations on the North Shore.

I joined Greg Laba's business in 2021 to continue my passion in the real estate industry, after successfully doing real estate marketing for several years on the North Shore. I have more than a decade of experience in marketing, as well as creating content for lifestyle magazines and big corporations that yearned to connect with their audiences.

I earned my  BA in Communications and a Masters in Creative Writing from the New School University of New York City. Since moving to Vancouver in 2014, I have helped small business owners bring success to their businesses by using storytelling in social media and marketing strategies. My marketing and technology expertise combined with Greg's vast experience in the real estate industry allows us to curate a multidimensional, custom-made marketing strategy for each of our clients to help them sell or buy their home in one of the most dynamic and competitive real estate markets of the world.

I live in Norgate with my husband, my 8 year-old, and two cats. My son is growing up to be a true North Shore boy, as we spend our weekends mountain biking, kayaking (in the summer) or skiing (in the winter). I am truly grateful to call the North Shore home and I still marvel about the natural beauty and the amazing community it is.
